This research is motivated by the job satisfaction of private high school teachers in Kendal Regency which is still low. This is thought to be caused by a school culture that has not been implemented properly and a work environment that has not been conducive. Both cause low job satisfaction characterized by poor relationships with superiors and coworkers, lack of discipline, low work performance, and uncomfortable being in school Problems in this research are: (1) is there the culture of the schools to teachers work satisfaction,? (2) is there the workplace against teachers work satisfaction, (3) is there the culture in school and workplace together against teachers work satisfaction?.The purpose of this research are: (1) know the size of the cultural influence of the schools to work satisfaction teachers, (2) know the size of the environmental influences work on job satisfaction teachers, (3) know the size of the school and workplace cultures together on job satisfaction teachers. This study population 200 high school teacher over private District Kendal. 134 teachers sample taken by proporsionale random sampling. The methods of data collection use questionnaires. Analysis the data used was descriptive analysis, the a prerequisite and the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data processing to test the validity of, reliebilitas, requirements and hypotheses using windows for 21 SPSS assistance programs. The research results show that the average score satisfaction 130,43 perceived teachers work is good enough, the average score culture school is 104,51 perceived good enough, the average score workplace perceived 124.93 is good enough. The show the hypothesis (1) cultural influence schools to work satisfaction 38,3% of teachers (2) environmental influences work on job satisfaction 45,1% of teachers (3) cultural influence school and workplace together against teachers 50% job satisfaction. Based on the research done so, suggested (1) Teachers want to care and maintain good relations with co-workers by reducing ego and avoiding conflicts with school members. Work with passion and take advantage of the available infrastructure. (2) The principal makes rules that are in accordance with the main tasks and functions, sets a good example and provides sanctions for those who violate the rules. (3) The Education Office provides assistance with the main facilities and infrastructure for the teaching and learning process. Keywords: school culture, work environment, job satisfaction teachers
